The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, showed off her impressive volleyball skills and amazing post-baby body today at the Copper Box in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park where she attended a SportsAid Athlete Workshop.
It's just been three months since she gave birth to Prince George, her first child with husband Prince William.
