NPF says this pic of an ACP fondling a lady's boobs is photoshopped


The photo above went viral last week, it shows a senior police officer cupping a girl,s boobs, now the Nigeria police officer released a statement via facebook that the photo was photoshopped, okay okay okay Giovannators , what do you all think about this?
