Banana is known to be one of the most delicious fruits and seedless fruits available , it's a very hygienic fruits because it comes in a germ proof package ie a thick covering which prevents contamination against bacteria. The fruits comes in different sizes and colors hence the green, yellow and of course red but in rate occasions.
The banana has great nutritional values, it has a rare combination if energy values, body building elements, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Just like the papaya, it also has some natural benefits and curative properties, for intestinal disorders, constipation and diarrhea, dysentery
Arthritis and gout,a anemia, kidney disorders, urinry diseases, over weight and even menstrual disorders.so banana should be included in our almost daily meals, either taking as light break fast, desserts, fruits, or even salad, banana can also be taken with skimmed milk
precautions: banana to be taken as a table fruits should be thoroughly ripe as otherwise may be difficult to digest because it contains 20 to 25% starch but during the process of ripening the starch is converted to sugar, it should not also be kept in a refrigerator as low temperature prevents it from ripening.
