She has always denied undergoing any form of plastic surgery, only admitted she tried Botox. But comparing her 2006 pic and her now pics, there are some clear difference we have observed .

When Kim stepped out to have dinner with a girlfriend on Friday night, we surfed for older pix of Kim, cause her new face looks kinda frozen and we discovered that her forehead is shining 'bright like a diamond' lols, it's looking way smooth than ever, also below her heavily made up eyes, there are no iota of wrinkles there, her top lips are extra large as well, plus she touched her cheeks as well

Now, we know Kim has undergone lots of changes since after the birth of baby North, we also know that the newly engaged reality star has also undergone some changes since 2006.
