Miley Cyrus twerking on stage ain't new as she has once said she will continue to seek attention in her career path and her actions during the award.

The 20year old was seen twerking on stage with a clad short girl, grabbed the little person boobs and let her spank her ass on stage, it's the 2013 version of Miley, we don't expect anything less than that.
