Lools, can you all see the striking resemblance between both rings?  Kanye west first gave this ring to Alexa's Phifer back in 2006 and after their break up, she returned the Lorraine Schwartz diamond engagement ring back to Kanye, so it's either he loves this design so much that he created something similar for Kim, or he gave Kim k his ex fiancée
