Since she was born back in June this year, she has only shared four pictures of her daughter North West with the world.
But Kim Kardashian has seemingly broken fiance Kanye West's wishes to keep their baby underwraps, by revealing the fifth picture of her baby girl on her Instagram page on Thursday.
In the snap, North appears to have grown quite bigger.
